ClicVU Disposable Email Address Service for the Enterprise
2003 Pricing Schedule

General Information:

The ClicVU Disposable Email Address Service ('Service')is licensed on a subscription basis with one, two and three year subscription terms. Pricing is based on the number of Real Email Addresses (REAs) that are managed by the Service, with adjustments made monthly for any data transfer overage.

Pricing:

For under 500 users, pricing is calculated using the below pricing schedule. To determine the cost of a license, multiple the number of REAs required by the Cost per REA that corresponds with highest license point that does not exceed the number of REAs needed.

Example: A 1 year contract for 75 Real Email Address would be calculated using the 50 REA license cost. 75 * $9.45 = $708.75/year.

Data Transfer Overage:

Each Real Email Address license includes 3.5MB of data transfer per month. The total data transfer included with the license is calculated by multiplying the number of Real Email Addresses licensed by 3.5. Additional usage is calculated at a rate of $0.10/MB and is billed on a monthly basis.

Example: A 75 REA license includes 262.5MB/month of data transfer (75 * 3.5 = 262.5). If the total date transfer for the month is 300MB, the overage is 300MB – 262.5MB = 37.5MB. The cost of the overage is 37.5MB * $0.10 = $ 3.75.

Multi-Year Discount:

ClicVU offers discounts for multi-year subscriptions. Two year subscriptions are discounted 10% off the one year price. Three year subscriptions are discounted 15% off the one year price.

A 1 year contract for 75 Real Email Addresses is $708.75/year. A two year contract is $708.75 * 90% = $637.88. A three year contract is $708.75 * 85% = $602.44.

Renewals, Upgrades and Changes:

Renewal pricing is based on the pricing schedule in effect at time of renewal. The cost of adding REAs to the license during the license term is based on the Cost per REA used for initial license and prorated to the end of the original license term.

Example: A 1 year contract for 75 Real Email Addresses is $708.75/year. Adding an additional 10 licenses after 6 months will cost $47.25. 10 licenses * $ 9.45 * 0.5 years = $47.25

Provisioning and Service Activation:
